Does anyone know if these are now working fully again?
Last time I looked they were not illuminated except in areas near the main power-supply areas, after an initial full display.
Teething troubles maybe or when exactly are they supposed to be on at night?
There is very little information on what is intended.

Perhaps the council could give better feedback or public information on what civic projects they have 'on the go' and how these are progressing?
