Where to look for a garage to hire?

Hello all, I'm looking to hire a garage and wondered what places I should look locally.

Estate agents give the impression that this is beneath them (well the few I have asked) so would appreciate other ideas.

I'm looking for something in the Pevensey Road area of St Leonards if it makes any difference.
