Referring to the Mercatoria National School I am currently working on a 2012 Calendar for the St Leonards and St Ethelburgas churches and am searching for any photos of that school (inside and Out)
Can anyone help please! :S
The calendar theme is based on historical photos of the two churches and other subjects I want to find pictures of are: The Caves Road Missin Hall; The Bexhill Road Church Hall
I have looked through the church archives and have found a number of suitable photos of the old St Saviours Iron Church and the St Leonards Norman Chapel as well as the Burton Church (demolished by a "Buzz-bomb")

I see, is that why the road is called Norman Road, after the St Leonards 'Norman' Church / Chapel ?

Burton St. Leonards was presumably named after the Chapel of that name, long since demolished ?

sorry I am unable to help with photo's
possibly 'History House' in the Old Town could point in the right direction
or else 'Hastings Local History Group'
