Hi, I'm back catching up.

While the TT is on I've been doing some recollecting about a guy I used to look after called Chris Bateman. Now he used to look after Mike Hailwood (the greatest TT winner ever) and he used to have a bike shop in Normans Rd, about where House Of Holland used to be, as my Dad bought his BSA from him there. Does anyone remember it or Chris Bateman (he used to live up Filsham Rd) but lived extensively in Rye(Mermaid St) andhad a springer spaniel that used to take itself for walks down to the harbour each morning.
