Seafront Holiday Flats.

Hi,i wondered if anyone could help me.
I used to go on Holiday to Hastings alot when I was younger and I used to stay in a seafront accomodation which has now been sold on.
It was a converted house (i think) with a basement flat,middle flat and top flat . It was on the corner just next door to a fish bar which was opposite the Go-Karting place.
I just wondered if anyone knew who this had been sold onto and wether it is still holiday accomodation or an actualy house now,id still like to stay there when i go back to Hastings so any info would be appriciated.
