The latest edition of Hastings Town has a photograph of Dimarcos;showing the two entrances. The left door was for the Ice Cream Parlour and frothy Coffee bar and the right for cooked meals.The sugar shakers invariably got clogged up and occasionally some bright spark may have loosened the screw top and the entire contents would fall into the cup.
