Skinners Yard

I am looking for information about Skinners yard as I believe some of my family worked there including maybe my great grandfather Owen Spice and his cousin Arthur Spice. I am not sure of the actual dates but I guess it was in the 20's for Arthur and before that for Owen. I think Arthur was a Driver where as Owen was involved with horses. Any info would be appreciated.
