Just a query if anyone knows? As you travel up Saxon Road from the village centre with the church behind you, on the left, the first 5 ( numbers 1 to 9 I think,) are of a different design to the rest of the road. It looks either as if these were re-built houses or were built of a different design originally. Anyone any idea why?

From maps, they all appear much the same time.

First 5 properties back onto plots in Offa Rd, so I suspect it limited their height to allow light through.

Further along this wasn't an issue, so could go higher and more profitable.
