Finally registered after lurking for some time to thank everyone that set up, runs, and contributes to this very useful website. It has helped me hugely in my forthcoming move to Hastings. I have read back through posts advising people what areas are great and which are a little bit dodgy, and this is where I first heard of the Clive Vale area. I've mostly been househunting there, and am currently buying a house in Athelstan Road. Really looking forward to getting down here in a few weeks! So thank you everybody!
