How about a 'Then and Now' section in the photo gallery comparing old photos of the town with new ones taken from the same place?

So we can submit either a married pair, or separate "then" or "now" pictures and you will conduct the marriage, Geoff? Sounds good.

Ideally both old and new submitted together would make my life easier.

Failing that, if you have a 'new' for one of the photos in our archive, upload it and send me the url to the old photo.

OK - here's a couple to get the ball rolling. Not exactly brilliant photos, but it's a start. The subject is North Lodge in Maze Hill (Haggard's Arch). The old photo was taken by me round about 1964 and the new on 21/08/2011. I'll sort out a few more in due course. This one is the "old".
