Cambridge Road

Hi there,

We have put an offer on a house in Cambridge Road that has no parking. Whilst that isn't an issue for us we have thought that it may put off buyers if we want to sell it the future. Does anyone have any thoughts about this and also life on Cambridge Road in general with a young family?? Thanks!

Houses in Cambridge Road are generally owned by people that don't need the parking, or are happy that nearby (just up the hill) is plenty of parking that's outside the dreaded resident parking zones. I wouldn't worry about it as there are plenty of people just like you who aren't looking for this in a property. The whole of the Old Town for instance has a an issue with parking but it's still a desirable place to live.
