The house we were buying has fallen through so if anyone out there is trying to sell a house upwards of 3 bedrooms, with garden, in a nice quiet street in St Leonards no more than 15 mins walk from Warrior Sq station and under 220k please post back.

There are some nice properties in Mildenhall Drive for sale.The road is quiet and close to most things although you may want to take the bus to Warrior Square station .The properties should be well within your price range,good luck
