southwater road, de champ road st leonards

:S hello every one
does any one have any opinions on southwater road,
MAY be buying a house depending on the feed back i get !!!
very beautiful grand looking houses but not to sure of the area.

any opinions will be much appeciated be it good or bad.

I have lived in Southwater Road (De Cham end) for 12 years.

Southwater Road has improved with regards to anti social behaviour especially at night time.
We still get some rowdiness but this is mostly from youngsters passing through at the weekends.

It's not as bad as it used to be that's for sure

thank u for replying to me question. the house we are considering is at de champ end as well.
We viewed a house on de champ approx 5 years ago and was,nt very impressed with the area. Would you say its changed in 5 years ?
we live in cornwall at the moment. Which is very nice but very very quiet. we made a very big mistake by moving here, we dont want to make another mistake by picking the wrong area again.

There are 3 new developments happening in Chapel Park Road which might bring more anti social people to the area.

As I have lived here for a long time I have probably got used to the area.
I wouldn't encourage anyone to live in Southwater Road.
