The rate of this room is GBP275pcm with a deposit of GBP300 that GBP300 will be given back to you after you leave this will just be kept incase of any damage to carpet or objects in the flat but I'm sure it won't come to that lol.
All gas and electric is included but not food ect.
This is really one of the nicest areas in and around hastings lovely neighbourhood very friendly
