Well, as I say the flat is great on the inside but I don't know much about the area, do you have some info to share with me before I buy???

The area was at one time well known as bed sit land. There are also problems with drugs. At one end of the road there is a day center for people who find day to day living a problem and need help with a variety of issues

Anyone know how long the train journey from Hastings to London takes (off peak tiimes)?

Off peak you may get a train that doesn't stop at every station that could reduce the journey to 1 hour 20 minutes,if the train stops at all stations you are looking at 1 hour 40 minutes,I havn't included delays( if any ) in this.
