Hi There,

I am thinking of moving to St Leonards, and have found a couple of places for sale in De Cham Rd. Can anyone let me know if it is a nice area or any other relivant info about De Cham Rd.

Thanks in advance

It's a generally quiet road, i would recommend the top end towards the fire station and Lidl. It is well situated, about a 15 minute walk to Hastings town centre and less than 10 minutes to Warrior Square station. It is one of the nicer areas in relation to the price of the houses. Hope this helps you :-)

We used to live in De Cham Road (Southwater Road end). Anti Social behaviour was a big problem for us. We had youths kicking footballs against our house wall every day. The house was very nice just a shame where it was situated, We live somewhere a lot better now.
I think the middle and top of De Cham Road are better though.

Blimey this thread was started 8 years ago! How'd you dig this one up? :P

I agree though middle/top end are better then the Southwater road end, like you say nice enough houses, just a shame some neighbours aren't!
