Hi all,
We are thinking of moving to The Bourne but have absolutely no knowledge of the area. Please can anyone tell me what its like and the surrounding areas. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Beautiful!! Although, it is a real 'local' area, so get out there and meet people.. Eventually they'll take to you.. The old towners do believe their area should be separate to the New Hastings, and I can see their point.. after all, St Leonards is treated differently_ _ _

I hope it works out for you.. there's beautiful, quaint shops in George Street, and the East Hill cliffs and railway, the Castle, the fishing huts, the aquarium.. and a carnival every August..
