Excellent choice of area. I would love to live in Fairlight Road but make sure you are set a fair way back from the road itself as it does get busy and is on 2 bus routes. Have you thought of a road off Fairlight Road itself, The Avenue is very nice.

Hope this helps_ _ _

Dear Geoff,

Most kind of you to respond. My people advise that the property is situated in an acre or so of land, and quite 'off the road'; very glad to hear of the bus route!

In the midst of the usual horrors and tedium of deposits and surveys and solicitors_ _ __ _ _..

So, your response is most reassuring!!

THANK YOU!

Kind Regards

John

Hi. Try Fairstone Close, runs off Fairlight Road near Mill Lane very quiet area, well away from the busy A259 main road. Residents are friendly.
Phil.
