Council estates

Hi,
can anyone tells me where about( which areas) are the council estates in St.Leonards and Hastings.I am planning to move on my own with my young child in a council flat and due to the fact that I have very young doughter I would like to make the right choice regarding safety about the place we are going to live.Thank you.

avoid the halton flats if you are offered them very unpleasant area :(

Hollington is another to avoid as is farley bank. Full of dole scum,drugies and chavs.

I would say give churchill avenue a try! hasnt done me no harm and my children are very happy

Can anyone give me some idea as to what Firle Close is like. Dont really no hastings and had interested from someone wanting to do a mutual exchange in that area.

Would be gratefull for any comments
