Disabled property for rent

Can anyone pls advise of any disabled property agents or landlords that will accept Housing Benefit, i am on Higher rate Mobility and i would like a long term lease_ _ _ I have a young son of 20 months old_ _ _
I have a current council property in the NE Eng (but am stuck in a 3 bed Maisonette) which is no good for my wheelchair_ _ _
I also have pets 1 dog and 1 cat_ _ _
I am a very concientious tenant.
I am sick and tired of moving around and i want to settle in 1 property for as long as i can_ _ _
Pls, pls help me
I am a very quiet person that has her nose stuck into a pc most of the time_ _ _
My mam and sis both share care for me and my son_ _ _
I am writing in here as i can't seem to get any Joy from the Housing service in Hastings_ _ _
I have NO rent arrears ( i can't be doing with debt)
