West hill area.

hi I have been thinking of buying property in Hastings and liked the look of the west hill area. lease can anybody give me some tips on this area.

at least the lift to west hill is always working unlike the council blocks in halton

West hill is pretty well rated. Don't hear many bad stories, probably on a par with Clive Vale but you would be nearer to town so a bit more convenient but noisier.

Any road in particular?

I have been looking to buy in hastings and the estate agent only ever sends me houses and flats in clive vale, and st leonards on sea? it must be a bad area if evryone is looking to move away from there? can anyone tell me if these are good ares or not? I don't want to move anywhere where there is a drug problem or crime?

Hi,
i came down at the weekend for the 1066 celebrations and had a great time. Had another look around west hill again. I like the general look of the area and good location. I have been looking round Hastings for about a year and Like it more every time I visit. Priory rd has fantastic views.
