hello everyone
what is the general opinion of st peters road. st leonards. Considering buying on this road.
I think it was this road that was featured in location channel 4?.
lovely houses but what is it really like to live there. We are a middle aged couple with an elderly relative that will being living with us. We consider ourselves to be younger than our years and not the average middle age couple. We want an area lively but not rowdy.
any opinions would be of help.
thank you :S :erm: :S :erm:

I have lived round the corner on Woodland vale Road fo 13 years. We like the area it's convenient for the town and station and plenty of local shops too. St Peters Road seems fine, never any noise when I'm out walking the dogs and the majority of the houses exteriors are kept neat and tidy. Gets congested at the beginning and end of the school day but that's only for 1/2 hr or so while parents park up. It's always a bit parked up but that's quite a positive thing cos it's not so bad that you can't park near your house but it does keep the through traffic to a minimum and forces the speed down.
