Lived there for 30 odd years now on and off, raised a family there, very nice. The location is second to non_ _ __ _ _Are you renting or buying?

Am buying but still having problems selling, was sold twice and both times fell through_ _ _. a rollercoaster ride for sure. I have just had the news that my buyer has problems further up the chain_ _ _. oh the woes of selling property. I saw a lovely place in Albany Road with stunning sea views from afar. Now I don't think I will be able to buy it because my house is now back on the market again and this house has never got to the surveying part yet! I cant wait to move to Hastings, St Leonards in particular but its been such a struggle. Thank you all for your help. I will get there in the end.
