Cavendish Avenue, St Leonards - a tunnel runs through it_ _

Does anyone here live, or know someone who lives on Cavendish Avenue? It is an unmade road and from the look of the map, the railway tracks run directly underneath it.

I was wondering if the trains have an effect on the houses; can you fell them under the ground? Any vibration or engine noise? Just wondering, I have seen a few houses advertised there and it looks like a nice street, but every time I look this question comes up. Obviously the tunnel has loads of houses on top, but with this particular street being so close to the open end it piqued my curiosity.

Anybody know? :S

We had a drive around there after lying on the beach at Bexhill on Sunday-what a lovely day!

Him Indoors isn't too sure about that end of the town, he is a cyclist and feels it would be all uphill from there!

Depends where he wants to go it's downhill to West St Leonards station and the seafront.

I don't really know that area except for leafleting around there. It seems very nice and quiet. Lots of St Leonards has the train going under it and I've never felt any vibrations or noise.

Its a nice part of town,oh can I ask what leafletts you give out?

The place I used to work were trying leafleting as a marketing strategy. We did some ourselves to see if targeting certain areas was a good idea. It was a good way to see bits of Hastings and St Leonards I didn't know existed.
