Medium-term parking for a large campervan

Hello. This is my first post on this vibrant forum.

My name's Mole and I am planning to move to Hastings/St Leonards in the next couple of months. I am a sort of down-from-London (Shoreditch) but I left that city 10 years ago and have since been enjoying a most interesting life in Hereford, Derbyshire and touring Europe.

I used to live in Brighton 20 years ago, attempted a move to Hastings 12 years ago (ended up in Hereford instead, like you do!) and came down for a recce last week with my friend. And was utterly smitten - loving the Bohemian relaxed atmosphere without being ripped off at every turn. And the feeling of space _ _ _

Not knowing exactly where I want to find a flat/house, my initial plan was to rent a small place 'til I find my feet, then get something bigger so that my children can visit. But of course the costs and hassle of moving for what might be just a month or two slightly rancour.

And then I remembered that I own a 27' motorhome (shower, kitchen, loo etc., looks very similar to the one in Breaking Bad!) and I wondered whether I might not just live in that for a month or two. (Well, I didn't forget about it, I just didn't consider it!)

So, my question to you lovely locally-informed people is _ _ _ Does anyone here know of a friendly landowner within a mile or two of Hastings that might let me park the motorhome for a short to medium term that has some electricity and access to water? For some rent of course.

I'm not a hippy/traveller type in the slightest and spend quite a few months of the year abroad in my capacity as a professional rock and roll truck driver.
