B&Q Bexhill

If you are moving to Hastings and need any building work done beware B&Q Bexhill and indeed B&Q nationally. I have to say I have been let down by B&Q Bexhill and B&Q nationally. We recently moved to Hastings and B&Q Bexhill designed our kitchen and bathroom and recommended a local fitter to us when we bought our kitchen and bathroom from them. B&Q a UK national company and household name, 'What could wrong?' We thought. Firstly the design of the bathroom was not fit for purpose and we have been left with many issues from the fitting of our bathroom and kitchen, one issue is quite major in that the whole bathroom will need to be re-fitted. B&Q have essentially admitted it was bad design on their part and a bad fitter recommendation but instead of helping us to put things right they have essentially attempted to wash their hands of our complaint and their responsibilities and duties to us as their customers. We have contacted Watchdog and Trading Standards. Be aware if you move to Hastings and need a new bathroom or Kitchen fitted in your property, B&Q Bexhill might not be the answer to your problems it may leave you with a load more. CES Southern are the builders we are using to put right what B&Q got wrong and they are checkatrade rated 9.9, with over a hundred reviews. I have to say they are reliable, highly competent tradesmen, and we have found them to be entirely trustworthy.
