can you recommend a property surveyor?

Hello, we are looking forward to moving to St Leonards and wonder if anyone can recommend a property surveyor

Do you really need one?

Anything obvious will be apparent to you anyway.
Surveyors usually state the obvious and charge good money.
What they don't inspect (hidden under the floors or loft issues) that can't be accessed, will be excluded from their report anyway.

If your lender requires one then they could likely tell you who they recommend.

Try either Meridian or Clarion Surveyors. Both long term advertisers in our directory so they have been in business some years and should be trustworthy...
