Views on living in St Matthews Gardens/SilverHill area

Good evening just wanted some advice on the area around St Matthews Gardens in Silverhills. Looking for a house & notice they seem to have a community group with regards to the Park area & the houses are big but size isn't everything! Any views on the area would be appreciated. Cheers Tim

Some lovely properties in St Matthews Gardens, in my opinion one of the best parts of Silverhill. Usually pretty quiet regarding traffic but I would check it at rush hour as it may be a bit of a cut through? The subscription garden is certainly a plus too.

Thanks Geoff, wanted to be a little nearer the centre but size of property and quiet street maybe it is a good choice. Cheers Tim
