My partner and I have made the decision to move but there don't seem to be many new properties on the market at the moment. We're looking for a house or flat, ideally with two bedrooms, but we'd consider a large 1 bed. I'm really keen on Victorian properties with lots of natural light. The most imporant thing we need is a private garden or courtyard for our cats, which is what seems to be limiting our search at the moment.
We're considering any area within a mile of Hastings or the St Leonards stations.
We've seen everything on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location to date but if anyone is about to put their property on the market in the next few weeks, I'd love it if you could let me know.
