Newbie Hello

Thought I'd say hello to the forumers: I'm in the final stages of buying my house here and can't wait to move to Hastings for good. Yes, I am the dreaded species, Londoner (not native though, just long term) moving to the coast. Sorry. I hope to become a proper local though over the coming decades.

Love the forum and hope to meet a lot of nice people here while I have yet to meet the locals out in the real world.
