Looking for a studio space to rent.

I have just moved to St Leonards and am looking for a small studio space to rent. I am a theatre set and costume designer and would be in need of somewhere around 3m x 4m with good natural light, electricity and running water in Hastings or St Leonards.

I would be really grateful if anyone knows of anywhere that might have space free or who else I could contact to put some more feelers out.

Sorry, amidst all the New Year greetings I missed this one!

Recently there was a card in one of the shop windows in Norman Road advertising some studio space to rent. I will check if it's still there, report back.

Failing that, it might be worth putting your own cards up in that area. A lot of artists etc. around. The Co-op in London Road have a community notice board, also the Love Cafe or other cafes might well put a card up for you.
