Please can the above be emptied regularly as they are overspilling-especially the one near the Angel Pub which has been broken for over a year.( may I suggest replacing with a heavy duty metal one - with larger capacity and disposable bags attached -i have seen these on the cricket ground near Northiam station as supplied by east kent council)
