An update; A recent Leasehold Valuation Tribunal has ruled on the Insurance Scam by Chase Longman Associates owned by Trevor Caine of Holmes Property Group that all the increased and 'hiked up' premiums have to be returned for the years in question back to the Leaseholders. Decision can be found on the LEASE website under LVT Decisions number 1395.All leaseholders CAN get their money back as SELCHA has said all along!

we have lvt 1395 which does not appear to relevant to chase longman ass and mr t caine could you please clarify. Thank you
