This is for residents who still have weekly rubbish collections.
What do you all think about the new communal bin idea the council are
proposing?

Re: Communal Bins
Good idea. We have one where I live now. Its great to be able to put your rubbish out any day of the week and not have seagulls pecking it open.
Re: Communal Bins
Are they like the communal wheely bin bays that have been in Warrior Gardens for a few years now? They are a bit unsightly but stop the crap everywhere.
Anything that stops people putting rubbish out for the seagulls to attack has got to be good.

Re: Communal Bins
Yes they are like the ones in Warrior Square (these ones will be replaced). They are proposing 2 one for recycling and one for refuse. These bins are going to be placed in the road side by side.
I think they are a good idea.
There was a meeting about them at Christchurch on the 10th and they said if all goes well the first bin will be in place in 2009.

Re: Communal Bins
Thanks, does anyone have any information on the Changs?
They ran an internet scam from a sub-post office in Fairlight for many years and their son sold the Bexhill crazy golf course to an Armenian consortium - twice. I think they had a King Charles Spaniel called Captain Snuggles.
Anyone know of their whereabouts?

weird innit _ _ __ _ __ _ _
_ _ _.there's lots of people turning handles of problem machines, the turn out problems for a living. Then the problems are moved around in problem machines.
The funny thing is nobody wants these problems so they give them to somebody else . Somebody else didn't make these problems, they didn't want them either but they are made to pay for these problems one way or another.
The people being paid take the problems away in problem machines try to turn them into answers_ _ __ _ _can they do it? I think not.
_ _ __ _ __ _ _..insanity_ _ __ _ _. Legislate against unreasonable packaging.
A thought_ _ _.
Lets employ some scientist to develop a dog with a bigger gut and b*m. Charge the dog owners for clearing up the resulting mesh and then employ someone to turn it into something else that's not needed.
before long there will be full employment.
