105 Belsize Road Hastings - has this road disappeared !! or has it been renamed ? Would anyone know anything about the house or residents around 1896 ?

There is no Belsize Road listed in my Directory of 1896,this is more of a London name than Sussex_ _ _

I found reference to a property named Belsize on this planning application report

Note: 3rd line under Planning considerations title, maybe its not Belsize Road but the name of the property?
