Stephen Peter Kelshaw / Sean Osbourne

I am looking for my son Stephen Peter Kelshaw who sometimes uses the name Sean Osbourne .I last saw Stephen in september 1997 when he lived in Merrimede Close St leonards . He used to live with Debbie Hunt a solicitor who used to work for HARK who sadly has since pased away. I have found out that he lived in Bohemia Road for a while but he has now left that address .He is on the missing persons register if any one knows anything about him i would be gratefull for any assistance .Stephen is now 50 and had dark hair and blue eyes
