Well I did dress up as a woman once with balloons in the place of boobs and it wasn't that bad but I think it would be a bit of an effort after a while!!

Hi All, My name is Nicola, I am 31 and have a little boy who is 16 months old. I am moving to Hastings in the next few weeks for work and am looking to make new friends in the area. I don't really know that many people there and it would be nice to meet some locals to spend time with on evenings and weekends and also to have some friends to invite round for bbqs etc in this sunny weather.

Hi ,Nicola im sure you will like it here in Hastings and I agree making new friends is a good idea,me and richard have put the feelers out but not many seem keen to meet up,it would have to be mid week for me due to work but dont see why not.

Hi Roy, great to hear back from you. I did briefly live in Hastings a few months ago and liked it there so am looking forward to coming back. I would definitely be interested in meeting up but have not yet moved to the area so I'll get in touch once I'm settled. What are your interests when your not at work?

I would advise caution when meeting anyone from an open forum such as this. Meet in a busy place, preferably with at least one friend. Let at least one friend know where you are going and what time you expect to return and never divulge more information than necessary on here.

Not specific to Hastings. This applies anywhere. There are bad guys about.

In reply to "Terry again" Young children are quite vulnerable but adults are usually more than capable of rebuffing dodgy old men in plastic macs.
