road sweepers

I would love to know who does the planning of the road sweeping for Mount Pleasant Road whu is it that the road sweeper comes and does our road a day before the dustbins are empitied because the day after the road is coverd with rubbish again after the bin mrn have done thier job leaving bits all over the pavements. Don't the gulls cause enough problems with out helping to the problem

yes the road sweepers must find it hilarious, watching us avoid the rubbish and the dog mess that's left on the pavements, perks of the job i suppose.
