Top and middle part of Essenden Road is really nice and friendly, you have a good primary school at the back of you as well. When you move down, I could maybe introduce you to a few people to get you started. One problem with Essenden Road is that you do need a car

Hi Jason,

One of my best friends live in Essenden Road, with children aged 12 and 15.
Ann is right, you do need a car. But I spent lots of time around there and it is nice and quiet and not too far from the seafront.

I live in near Essenden Road and have never seen any trouble there. Often walk round that way and it seems a nice neighbourhood in general. Not too far from local shops, seafront and a good primary school.

I would recommend to everyone!
