Re: HOLMESDALE GARDENS
Nearly anywhere in Hastings is better than Hollington, anyways Holmesdale seems alright to me, a short distance from the Town Centre and White Rock gardens are just around the corner for leisure and recreation etc.
I personally have never heard of anything dodgy hoing on around here.

Why is "abbreviation" such a long word?

Re: HOLMESDALE GARDENS
Very close to town and has some nice houses, plus Summerfields woods on your doorstep.
Only thing to bear in mind is there is a rehab centre there so, while most of the residents are sober types, you will see a lot of junkies and alkies going up and down the road. Not that I've ever seen any bother.
It's one of the few areas where you do see junkies in groups. Unlike Brighton, where they roam around in packs everywhere, the drugs scene that Hastings is unfairly renowned for (in reality it's no worse than most towns, certainly no worse than any UK city) is not visibly obvious.
People who've lived in Hastings all their life might disagree_ _ _but then they don't know any different and some have been convinced by years of negative press for the place!
